The Novasoft Foundation was born in 2003 and is a private, non-profit making body whose actions are centred around aspects of priority social interests and are aimed at offering solutions, generating knowledge and innovation and paying attention to matters of great social impact.

Within the area of culture, it is worth highlighting the agreement that the Foundation holds with the Picasso Málaga Museum, forming part of the group of patrons as well as the agreement with the Manuel Alcántara Foundation of which it is a founding member.

- To give training in technology to young and/or unemployed people, trying at all times to improve their level of employability by gaining Access to quality technological training.
- To incentivize, through continuous support, young Andalusian entrepreneurs to create companies and develop business projects.
- To introduce and spread new technology in the needier sections of society, creating the necessary basic structures through the donation of equipment and software.
- Organization of events and the promotion of projects
- Sponsorship of different events. Support of Andalusian cultural initiatives, such as the patronage of local artists.
