It means best facilities available, the use of official documents designed by the manufacturer and the certification of all instructors.
Novasoft is also an approved certification center to obtain official qualifications.
Instructors
Novasoft gives equal weight to teaching skills, to the technical preparation and practical experience of the instructors.
Since the training provided is focused on training, it is considered essential that the instructor can supplement his/her knowledge with experience in everyday situations.
Documentation
As an approved training center, the courses are designed by the several manufacturers we represent and, therefore, the official manuals developed are used by their education departments.
The certification exams are based on the content of these manuals. NOVASOFT provided additional documentation supplementary to the official, articles, technical notes, product evaluations, etc...
For self-designed courses, the training department of NOVASOFT has documentation sets scalable, which allows providing different versions of a course depending on customer needs, the initial level and duration of training.
