As experts in the Knowledge Management sector, we understand that the clients collaboration and the preparation and development of projects is extremely important. Novasoft has established different kinds of collaboration with their clients: > Setting up Projects Management Committees (PMC), constituted by Novasoft and Client’s personnel so that the projects develop jointly. Also, it becomes the channel to resolve any problem arising in the development of the project. > Joint collaborations to develop products, this was the case with the Seville Valme Hospital for the development of NovaICU, Intensive Care Units Information System. > Setting up specific Quality Plans for projects. > Client’s participation in Improvement Groups, aimed at improving processes. > Meetings with the managing directors of the different divisions and major clients, such as INSALUD, SAS, ICS, amongst others. From one of these meetings with clients the decision to migrate one of our health sector applications, NovaHIS, to the Web was taken. This way of working facilitates a greater knowledge of both organisations, giving rise to the establishment of lasting alliances.
