Establishing a good relationship with our suppliers is crucial for our organisation. Our volume of purchases has reached a relevant figure, which is why the Sales Zone was born in 2003 aimed at channeling and optimising the purchases of the company.
Novasoft has homogenised the processes and has established a sales and negotiation global methodology with the aim of increasing the openness and efficiency of the process. We select approved suppliers who have a system of established and agreed by consensus criteria, e.g. having a quality certification, being the only supplier, their history of supplies, the speed of the service, etc. Every approved supplier is included in a Suppliers Official List that is regularly revised by the Quality and Administration, and Finance departments of Novasoft.
